  Basic Internet Troubleshooting Guide
  I have no Internet access.
  1. Check the status of the CPE.
  2. Check LED indicators at the back of the CPE. If the LNK LED has a red light. CONTACT BELLTEL’S CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT 6800-4357(HELP).
  3. If the “LNK LED” has no light, check the connections from computer LAN card to CPE. Make sure the cable from the LAN card of the computer connects securely to the “10BaseT port” of the CPE or if it connects into your wall socket, make sure that it is securely connected. If the LED of the LAN card and the Col/Act LED of CPE simultaneously blinks, connection is secured.
  4. If Col/Act and LAN Card LED’s do not blink, replace you cable between LAN card and CPE.
  5. If still no blink, CONTACT BELLTEL’S CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT 6800-4357(HELP).
